Individuals are living longer and job seeking will become more competitive and short lived.
At Careerwallet we believe that engagement, self-development and re-skilling is inevitable and that recruitment will be akin to your daily access to your favourite app or website that you regularly interact with. Notifications, information, updates, job matches, and news will be more prevalent and accepted by the job seeker, enabling the user to have more control with their data, communications and also their career.
Whilst technology will ultimately find the best person for the job – it will not accommodate the job seeker who was unsuccessful. We strongly believe that the every job seeker has the opportunity to find a suitable role, and that the range of services required will be a myriad of options that commence with the vacancy itself.
Self-help, and re-skilling together with gaming options will challenge yet ultimately offer a wider range of opportunities for finding a career and work life on a continuous basis. It cannot be left to a simple job match with the current platforms in the market.
Who we Are
Michael is an experienced executive with over 25 years of experience in the global job market. He is passionate about the frustrations of the job seeker which are still largely neglected especially as you spend a third of your life at work. Having built, grown, sold job boards and associated businesses he is concerned that established recruitment practices are not fulfilling the huge challenges that the global labour market will face as technology and skill sets are inadequate.
Craig is a serial entrepreneur, building and selling his first company to DMGT for £15m. His recruitment experience and partnership style has led him to become a much respected individual within the global market and candidate attraction processes. He is driven by improving and expanding the best human-centric solutions amongst organisations and their gaps in the hiring process.
A company director for over 25 years, originally in the leisure and hospitality sector, prior to setting up his management consultancy practice, Jason was tasked with organising the supply, training and management of personnel in the offshore industry.
He has held multiple board roles and brings his expertise across the gaming and reward psychology for candidate engagement. His primary focus will be operations, financial and legal planning.
Having spent the last 15 years working in the online recruitment industry Jon drives our partner and client networks including Job Boards, Aggregators, RPO’s and Advertising Agencies by delivering focused and targeted campaigns and relationships. Jon works daily with our partners to ensure that delivery of core functions, products and targets are being exceeded. Having relationships with all our suppliers and customers means Jon is usually the first port of call for all current clients queries and is able to match products and services based on requirements and is supported by a dedicated team of account managers.
